The property was good but the night manager at the front desk was not cooperative, no hospitality from his side, no one came to help us with luggage and also no one is there for helping us to show the room.

I will never use make my trip and suggest my friends and relatives too therefore i call hotel and customer care service for help but seems like they are not interested for help

Room was okay but there were lot of issues. Cupboard door was broken and there was no towel holder and hook in bathroom. Food was costly and so average.

The staff is extremely ill trained and of unprofessional nature to manage exceptional situations where someone’s devices are discharged. Where a 10mins support and understanding of giving a check-in and then receiving the id can help and save everyone’s time, they would rather turn to rudeness and bad treatment. Also, the receptionists feel the right to misuse the authority to check-in deny on trivial matters.

Water bottle is not available in the room aft-rt reminding many time to the reception water bottle not provided till checkout. Bathroom towel is also not available in the room
