They did not keep shower gel in bathroom. Also, the drinking water was not a packaged one, but to be filled through a tap which is installed in the room itself. I am totally not sure whether the tapwater is pure water to drink or not.

Pathetic property! poor service, below average room, the property is not even 5% of what it looks in the pic. No hot water, no phone line, pathetic bed. I had a booking for 4 nights, i checked out in 1 night! the only food thing about the property is the courteous staff.

Room is good but micro-wane doenot have power plug socket. Room service is pathetic most of the items ordered they dont have proper food stuff, quality of food is not good, it takes hours to get the order in room, they dont even have flask to serve tea instead they yse cup till the time it reaches room tea gets cold not expected such experience at such a high cost

Property is run down. Soap dispenser does not work. The restaurant is full of flies. Air conditioning does not chill enough. Chair is broken. Bed cover is torn. Pillow covers are not changed as they have a weird odor.

The moment we checked in hotel. It looks terrible and the moment we entered in the room it was more disgusting, pathetic, smelly. We requested at reception to upgrade our room but they denied. Washroom was old style. Mats in the room full of dirt and smell. Bedsheet was dirty. Water was in glass bottle only no bisleri. Balcony was more eww It was simply pathetic. We just checked out in 10 mins and book another hotel. Staff was rude and bad. No refund was provided by them.

property is nice but it us missing security guards… parking was done outside the property and there was no security guard in night which made me worried about safety of my car… also they don’t have pressurised showers in bathroom… it was a normal shower which we have in our home..
