Terrible Stay

There were rats in the room. The hotel is underconstruction and those people at reception are taking it very lightly. There was a rat right after my pillow i'm in trauma

The bathroom wasn't clean and the ceiling of the washroom was half fallen, after telling the staff about it they were like "it'll not fall sir you don't worry" the walls of the room was full of stains and they didn't had a kettle for hot water in the hotel not even a single kettle and also they didn't provided any basic amenities like dental or shaving kit prior it was only after reminding them that they provided it.

Such a shabby, ill manage facility. I find staff is there to hear all the wrath coming from occupants. I need assistance every time when i have to open my room door. I was promised balcony room but it has poor lights to read and work. And i was allotted non balcony room

One of the worst experiences eve

Wires were coming out of the mattress, washroom roof leaking, no packed mineral water and parking was pathetic. Cherry on the cake was a mouse in the room. Food was not good as well. All in all, one of the worst experiences ever.

Horrible experience

This was the worst experience. The floor was not clean. Even the bed sheet was not that clean. There were insects in the washroom and rats were coming into the room. Even after changing the room, there was a rat in it at night. It kept coming. Because of that, i could not sleep. One staff member ms g me personal how can he use contact info that i gave during the check in.

The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the room was not clean. Bedsheets were dirty and the road condition was very bad. It was not a good experience for me.

Shabbiest place i have encountered

First of all to reach there the road was dug up (no road) with water logging. There’s a rickety elevator which has no light and shakes while going up/down. Dirty rooms (bed sheets, pillows, floor, bathroom) nothing was maintained or cleaned. I requested them to change the room so instead of getting a key, the boy went to the balcony and entered the other room through balcony door of that room to my shock. The second room was equally dirty and the whole place was smelling of smoking. I finally decided not to stay there. On checking out i was rudely asked by the staff why are you going? to which i politely told them that it’s not maintained, dirty and i’m allergic to smoke and dust. He replied what more do you want? maintenance is like this only take it or leave it. I just said thank you and left.

There is no support of housekeeping staff and not changing the bedsheets after ones used. Breakfast is tooo much. Raining inside the room when ac is on. Wants request repeatedly for bathroom towel, food service is very bad

Cleaning is not there, corridor are dirty, room bedsheet is not clean, wifi not working at that time, lift is not fully functionally lights not working in lift. Bathroom is not much good.

Starting from entering in the property reception was not clean, what to talk about room. Locks of the room was not working bedsheet and pillow was having bad stains and room was having stains of pan. We were accompanied by rats during our stay. The bathroom wash basin was clogged

Good staff but poor property

Staff was courteous and helping but property was poor. Room not properly cleaned and smelled, stains on bed sheet, balcony full of dust, lighting issue in room so needed to switch, switched room was beside generator so very noisy, took time to start generator so black out in that duration. Limited food in breakfast buffet. Only one packet of bread was placed and immediately was out of stock.
