The hotel is in a very good location with good staff. But the room lacks quality. Paint coming off, lights being insufficient and the room looks dim, the washroom doesn't look clean. The rooms need a solid renovation.

Nice clean need rooms great receptionist and staff - decent food - it’s more like a bungalow converted into a boutique hotel so has the charm conference rooms - ideal for small conference as well with 30 rooms 🌼🌸🌺

Hotel guys not ready to support for anything. They are charging for each and everything - dental kit rs. 30- where in all other hotels it’s free. Apart, we prebooked with breakfast meal - in the name of breakfast hotel having nothing to offer except 2-3 varieties

Location is accessible, though pls check with reception for open gate details as few gates are closed at night. Room was decent, overpriced wrt 3k per night food is good for in room service but will not suggest to opt for breakfast, as breakfast was very poor their were hardly any options and the food was stale.

They charge for every small things which are generally part of room - slippers, dental kit, comb etc. Pushed to eat breakfast as per their time.

The hotel is not accessible from the main road entrance. Google maps navigates you to the entrance but the gate is closed.

The housekeeping service provided at the rooms was very slow. Also, the food ordered was not upto the mark as per taste. The hotel management needs to work on these two things to satisfy customer expectations.
