The room was clean and spacious. Just the bathroom door lock was broken, other than this everything was good. Overall i had a nice stay!

Property's location is the only plus point. Hygiene was okayish. Linen ans room were not properly cleaned.

Room from indie was okay. Way from reception to lift was not good, it is passing from restaurant and does not feel good, mosquito’s was there. Fan was not working inside the lift.

Pros: food was good location was good room was getting cleaned regularly cons: room service was terrible, service guy was rude to me most of the time, not even listening to me, washroom was terrible when checkedin, no odonil, ill smell all around overall : very okayish experience

I wouldn't recommend it for couples stay. It is ok for singles stay and in that amount. Still there are few issues, tv and washroom issues faced but then they changed my room. Nothing cool with interior. Room service is pretty good and fast.

The room was dirty. The bedsheets and pillows were so smelly. The property was not at all clean. The staff was also so rude.

Overall is good whether it is the hygiene, safety and the room. The staff is humble. There is a lot of parking space available as well. Best for corporates one.

The rooms are not up upto the mark. They operate as a pg and thus the rooms are not clean. The ac made too much noise. The water tap leaked. The geyser was not working. They had cut the water supply to the geysers. If you are coming for a single day, its fine. But wont recommend it for long stays.

The property demanded extra money. The staff was rude. The rooms were dirty. The door did not lock. Most rooms ac won't work. The stay is very unpleasant.

Location is good, market is awesome you can get anything there food, medicine, transport etc. Room size was ok but the corridors were smelling, lock was not working properly.

The rooms were dilapidated. Ac barely worked. Lighting was insufficient. No tv service. Charging ports were few. Cleanliness was bad, and for even getting a towel or soap, we had to request it separately from reception.

Not up to the mark but good. The locality is good and you can order food late night as well, room is spacious and decorated.

Hotel denied checkin, ac was not cooling

The hotel denied me checkin as it was lower than their usual fare. They asked me to contact mmt support. After talking to them and waiting f pr around 30 minutes i got a room. The ac was not cooling the room. Just because it was already night time that i had checked in and was tired, i did not ask to change the room. The staff is not polite at reception. They are adamant and sound rude. The rooms at hotel are not maintained at all. You will find problem in every room. Something or the other in room is always broken, missing, bad, unclean. I am writing this as i have booked the hotel numerous times. The only reason behind booking it is that my office is nearby. But you can get a better hotel in this rate a little away from cybercity/cyberhub/cyberpark.
