There were small cockroaches in room, mineral water not complimentary. Room was dirty. No hot water. Bathroom was not clean. Poor hospitality.

Room size and staff behaviour is amazing, their is no issue during check inbox dampness and patchy in wall, i have also bad experience with room service their is no land line or call bell in room for service, also food in menu is not found, ex- i ask for pane-er masala and his manipulation with aloo matar. Also in breakfast he only provide single parta with tea, their is no fruits and nd juice options are available in breakfast.

It's a good place to stay the staff was very good and they provide a very good service there was a fault in ac but they fixed it in seconds

Stay was not as expected, had to compromise with a lot of amenities as there was non operational kitchen so had to order the food everytime, telephone was missing to call the receptionist for cleaning or other purpose. The most unhygienic part of the hotel was the washroom which didn’t had a tap to take a bath and was in a pathetic condition. It felt like a money wasting booking and i would request mm t team not to display the fake pictures of the room instead of the authentic pictures which will never be opted for a stay. Kindly use it for a dormitory purpose.

Hotel is average, room had no working tv, water was not packaged and unsealed. Lift wasnt working and room provided was on 2nd floor. Towel provided was torn. Overall stay was not very pleasant.

The hotel is budget hotel. The room are ok for single guy male. Not too clean. Bathroom were bit smelly. Tv was not working. However ac and fan were proper. Bed was of good size. In the price range it is ok to stay in the hotel. Near to offices.

Very quick services are here. The online interface is quite fast, and the team responds very quickly. I found the hotel online and was able to reserve it with comfort.
