It was bad experience i have never been a bad hotel like well more stay hi had booking but when i came to hotel they denied my booking i want the refund back of that booking thank you

I felt cleanliness and hygiene issue here. Balcony was dirty, bedsheet and quilt cover were dirty and felt like not being changed for new guest. I am sure as i stayed in a room and then checked out and again checked-in next day. But bedsheet and cover was same. Wc in commode was dirty. Basin was not cleaned. If they increase price by few bucks and maintain this hygiene, it's a good budget hotel.

when I reached the property,I show my booking details at reception they denied it& said they r not associated with OYO. Then they charged me another Rs.800= and then give me room. The amount paid was wasted and I face harrasment as it was too late in night to search for another room at unknown place.
