2. Ultra basic hotel. Similar to a lodge. Looks swanky from the outside, feels like a brothel designed to evade raids from the inside. Super shady place. Seems very different in pictures. People were nice, but the hotel just isn’t a business hotel. Budget lodge with good hospitality from staff.

This hotel definitely needs renovation, washroom were old fashioned, floor tiles were slippery, light wasn’t working properly. But i must say the hotel is at a prime location, a walking distance from mg and sikanderpur metro, all the amenities were close by. Hotel staff were very supportive and soft spoken.

Swasno is good as per location and cleanliness. But i experienced lot of electricity issue. Other rooms were having power but i faced issues. Even at night 2am and 5am i called reception to fix it but not able to fix permanently. Next day got ruined because of that.

The place is nice and budget friendly, at a good location walking distance from the market. Easily accessible and rooms are clean, with breakfast included.

Property’s location is good, just beside sikandarpur metro station. I did not try the food and hence cannot comment but they had a full fledged menu of veg and non veg items. The amenities were in line with those shown on the description. Staff was courteous, rooms were clean. So just a decent stay for a night stay should you have a travel-ling job or need a place to halt.
