Just had an incredible stay at the leela ambience gurugram! the breakfast buffet was amazing, with so many delicious options to choose from. But what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service from the entire team, including the service managers and the friendly staff. They went above and beyond to make sure i had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Stay beyond expectation!

Location is ideal for people visiting gurgaon for business or pleasure as airport is close by and also delhi is next door. Location is also good as ambiance mall is next door which has all the brands and also has a great food court plus multiplex. Food is nice- buffets are very elaborate and many cuisines are served in all the three buffets. Service is fast and staff is very hospitable

I had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location was perfect e. G, pool, hot water bath exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be returning for my next trip!

Not worthy

Not worth the money. Rather visit aerocity hotels than this. Its only a hype for the name. I called the hotel before for the checkin for smoking room and arrangements for my wife’s birthday which they said they will do it and at the time of checkin they said we didnt got any information about this and this cannot be done in your room which we are providing you. Which means only excuses they gave. Over all it was an average for me. Money they are asking for suite rooms was not worthy at all.

Stay was good. Property location was brilliant. As we in need of cold water and could not access fridge coz it was locked for mini bar for which we asked them to empty it n open the lock but as usual saying certainly, but no one came.
