No lift. Had to climb 2 floors. No reception area or lobby. Feels unsafe. The attendants are good but one still feels unsafe

The most pathetic place i ever visited. Unhygienic, messy, uncleaned, you can write all the bad things about this place. The property is in horrible condition and caretakers don't ever bother about the guests.

Rooms are not clean not up to date. Bedding have bed bugs. I changed the room but still the same experience. The photos uploaded are dated. Rooms are not even close as good as the photos uploaded.

No electricity in the room. After calling repeated at reception, they checked it and told me that some other guest switched off main switch

Loved the experience of staying 4 days at this property. It's well maintained and the staff is very supportive. Had opted for meals which were deliciously prepared. Above all, felt safe.
