After getting a confirmed booking, when i reached the hotel i was denied check in due to unavailability of rooms

The room was clean, and decent for the price. Safety wise i didn't have an issue being a solo traveller. But there were no towels and no tissue papers provided. There were also no dustbins in the room. The corridor was a mess with all guests keeping their kachra outside their doors. No that's all
