The ac unit was not functioning properly as the temperature couldn't be adjusted to higher than 22 degree in this cold weather and when we asked for the housekeeping to check it they just sent an oil heater which was also not working. Also had to call the reception 3-4 times after checking out to send me the gst invoice for my stay.

Nothing is in this stay, not even bucket, no soap, no cleaning. Very bad condition of room & bathroom

There was no hot water provision at vikrant residency during the entire stay in delhi ncr winters. The manager would make me and my business associate go to a different room daily to take a shower to an extent that we got fed up and started taking showers in ice cold waters of iur room. There was absolutely no provision for basic tea or coffee to be served at the property. To add to the woes, daily there used to be no electricity supply at the property and in spite of the generator facility being available at the property the staff wouldn't turn it on making extremely lame excuses. The property is a god forsaken one and unless you intend to utilise a property for a "quickey" which won't last for more than 2 hours max do not go to this property

It was an amazing experience, i had a great time. The staff is amazing, i faced issues with wifi connectivity but it was a great place.
