the stay was pleasant.price was decent and affordable without a hole in pocket .the location was in the heart of the city.room was good and spacious .complementary breakfast was good.staff were helpful. In house restaurant is also good with 24 hour service.overall it was nice experience.hopefully will book again in future.thank you

We stayed at arista by ambition, guwahati from 23rd to 25th december. The staff at the hotel, right from the front desk to room service and housekeeping is very courteous and professional. The rooms are spacious and well designed. What stood out the most was the food quality. We ordered food in our room twice during our stay and both times we were served with delicious food. The breakfast buffet is also diverse and tasty. Overall, it was a very nice experience staying at this relatively new property.

Room was very good, well equipped and cleaned. House keeping was excellent. Dinning & food quality were high level, and services was also very good. Front office services and travel desk services were very caring and wonderful. Behaviour of all executives and staffs were excellent.

Hotel is centrally located. The room interiors are very pleasing and very thoughtfully done. Beds, bathroom all are class apart and every daily need things, dental, shaving, medical, sewing kits, sleepers, shoe shine, ironing, body lotion, soap, shampoo, conditioners everything is available without asking. Food is very delicious with wide spread. Will love to come again and again.

Have to do early check out on 17 dc and accordingly inform reception on 16 dec, to have some packed breakfast ready, however to my surprise during check out no breakfast kept ready in spite of promising the same.

The breakfast buffet is not worth it. The dishes don’t even last till the buffet time. The services are not upto the mark as per 5 star hotel

At the the reception no guest was waiting and i was the only pers three hotel staffs were there out of that one was counting the cash and was not willing to attend the guest at the reception. I have to wait to get my room on top of it for every call that we make for our needs. We have to make three repeated calls, then only they sent person. I was trying to connect the wi-fi on the tv for the time to make four calls. No one came. Then i went to the reception and i have to shout at them. Then the duty manager came, and he says that i have got attitude such a poor guest service
