There were no lights outside the rooms which made it pitch dark at night making it impossible for us to access the outside area. The spa does not have hot water, the ambience was not upto the mark and it is extremely understaffed. The food was good but service was slow, even in an empty restaurant we had to wait 45 mins for the food to start arriving. Not worth for the money you pay as it is far from the airport.

The food, amenities and services were top notch. The cottages were neat and had an old world charm. The location is the only problem as all cabs to and from turned out to be costly.

Property is good and located 9 kms away from guwahati airport and approx 26 kms away from guwahati city. Rooms and food both were excellent. If you planning to check out early pls be ready to shift your luggage by own as there was no one available for the same.

The property is nestled in the midst of nature. Far away from the bustle of city life. Good way to relax n unwind. The food os better than most and reasonably priced. Service is good. We loved it.

It was ok stay. Loved the place but the workers attitude was little rude. We were not treated well. The owner should see to this. But we will surety visit again hoping next time we will be treated well.

Quiet retreat that has potential - lush greenery, space to walk, quaint rooms but needs to provide better service & amenities. Liquor license is absent, restaurant is overpriced and the service quality is abysmal. Tt table was not available at 8. 30pm, no toiletries provided, towels stained, rooms smelling of damp & just overall mismanagement is a big let down. And all this in just 12 hours that we stayed there!

Everything went well except the resort charging for bottled drinking water from the inhouse guests. I wonder who does that now a days. I’ve hardly seen any. This calls for a room for improvement.

The food were awesome. The view were awesome. The environment was calm and peaceful. I really enjoyed each and every moment i have spent at this resort. Planning to visit this resort again. And if you are visiting don't forget to take a spa appointment.

Property is far away from the city and not easy to reach. O la and uber not available so you must have your own conveyance. Food is ok. The room is spacious but has lizards and insects in abundance.

Bed sheets were very dirty. The room was not clean. We didn’t even stay there. It was worst. Just after seeing the room we immediately got out and left the retreat. We didn’t even get any refund. The cost was not at all justified.

No amenities for child play

There should be some activities added like children playing area, children amenities etc. Overall service is good.
