Quality of rooms was not good. Towels was not clean. Single smallest sope and one pouch of shampoo was given in room. Condition was so poor

Stayed for one night;rooms are not that good: old air cooler but overall okay for one day !breakfast was good.

Hotel rooms are all so clean and tidy. Arrangements inside arya inn rooms are up to the mark, with the staff being very polite towards the guests.

Hotel location is good but the rooms are small and kind if claustrophobic as there are no window. Even toilet had no window or exhaust. Hotel sraffs were not that helpful

I have a worst experience with this hotel. Worst staff behavior worst services they didn't provide even water bottles.

The rooms are selective for mmt bookings. Most inconvenient rooms are selectively given. When we requested for a room in the 1st floor informing the receptionist about our age, the stock reply was that why should old people come on a tour. No help at all. When there is no lift, senior citizens should be provided a room in the 1st floor.

Food is good and cooked with care. Service is also good. But a little attention is needed to make sure basic things are available like curd with paratha.

Staff behaviour and service to requests were very good. Room was very clean. No complaints. Breakfast was good.

Was a pleasant stay at a very good location. The railway station is nearby. For going to airport you need to move out early with at least 2hrs prior to check in Thanks to Guwahati traffic .!!
