Good behavior. Reception well manned. Room was well arranged. Room service was exellent. Food quality was fine.

Only one night stay break fast is good but they don't call me for breakfast

Ok for single person. Room is not spacious. Old model tv. No free drinking water or beverages available inside room. Electric kettle not available in room. They provide hot water on asking.

The room, in my opinion, was smaller than expected, which made my stay less comfortable. Additionally, i noticed that the room was not as clean as i would have hoped for. There was noticeable dust and dirt in several areas, which affected the overall experience.

Our flight got delayed from chennai to guahati by 4. 5 hours. We reached the guahati airport by 1am at night. We called them in between in kolkata about the delay. And reached the hotel at 1:45 am. They cooperated with us. And provided us clean room. We are very thankful that so late at night we got clean beds to rest on.

I am a frequent traveler. And i have to stay in different places but in this hotel my experience is horrible. As i mistakenly booked a non ac room to stay eventually i know my mistake and i asked them please give me a ac room for stay they offer me a room but room is not good and ac cooling is good i asked them give me a best room then they show me a master deluxe but situation is same room is not clean ac is not working properly and they said this is the best they can provide. And 1000 r. S extra for that room no room service situation is pathetic for me as i checked in night. I don't have an option or i pay you guys in advance. This is the worst hotel don't recommend anyone for this hotel.

Room was not clean and dustbin was not their,no soap and the towels are already wet, bed sheets are dirty pillo covers are ripped off, toilet set was pathetic…I pay for non AC…

Overall it was good but the ac doesn't make the room cool it takes lot of time moreover hygiene should be maintained both in bathroom as well as bedroom bedcover was dirty. It should be taken care of
