Location is good, food is average, amenities - very poor, service - very poor, room - teriffic, no power back up.

Very ordinary room, bathroom comod dirty, shower not functioning, help faucet very hard to puch, poor water flow. Very poor toiletries. Drinking water only half litre.

Accommodation compare to tarrif is not matching. Its a standard hotel only. Highly priced.

The room did not matched at all with the room rent. The room was small and dirty. Felt as if the linens have not been cleaned and the pillows smelt bad. The toilet was also very smelly the moment we entered the room. Had to checked out before our actual check out date. Would not recommend at all.

Best location gs road christian basti, opposite to city centre mall, soham mall area, bus stop, auto, hospital apollo, all are available nearby & hotel price are very reasonable and affordable with spacious clean room & tasty food. Recommended for every budget traveller.

I hv booked 2 room @2500 per night. But room worth not more than 900 rs. Restaurant has limited menu. Food taste was ok. I need to checkout at 6 am but water was not there so i have to leave without taking bath.

Location was good, easily accessible for transportation, and location can be seen from main gs road itself
Stay was nice but they charged extra rs. 500 for early check which was not mentioned in my booking details. Room and all are clean. No safety precautions for covid maintained

Hotel rooms should be insect free and need to change tv remote.

Room was full of mosquito, tv remote not functioning, water logging in the hand wash basin, sanitizer not provided in the room, bed bugs may be there. Location is good, else hotelier needs to rectify the issues.

Waste of money after paying for 2 small rooms no ac is working no tv is working. Poor service. Food taste is worst. Please dont waste money on this particular Hotel. Seriously unsatisfied.

The room was quite comfortable and big enough with fresh bed linen, but the pillow cover was not fresh. There were a couple of mosquitoes in the room. The food at the restaurant was good but denied to offer a finger bowl which I asked because the hand wash at the basin was over and they didn't even have back up. Instead asked me to use a dirty soap which was kept on the basin. There is ample parking space in the compound along with an ATM machine which is very helpful.

Hotel on main Street, inbetween the market. Surrounded by good malls, ATM inside the hotel compound. Tasty food.
