Rooms are good, but services are not satisfactory, especially when you are checking in late they simply have no for every thing, not professional, no hospitality

Rains inn has always been my first choice for stay in guwahati with limited budget & good food. The employees are very cooperating. I have been in othet hotels in guwahati but rains inn is like my another home. Truley speaking amenities may appear not that great specifically in washrooms, but overall its pleasant.

Second day of stay there was no care. No complimentary plesantaries in the room which were there in the first day. The room was a little untidy. And the small towel was not clean although i got it changed. No curtains in the washroom the shower makes the entire washroom wet. The whole rooms entire layout looks little oldish. I haven't taken any pics there

A perfect place to stay. Rooms were clean and all things were up to date. Room service was also good. Rains inn has a in house restaurant & bar where food is very delicious.

I had a wonderful experience staying at hotel rains inn. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

The hotel has declined from its previous levels 10 years back when i stayed there. Services for guests limited, kitchen closes early, very inflexible, poor breakfast spread. Good dinner food but largely unavailable items.

Hotel rooms were small. Was clean though including bathroom. Food was very good. Kept in room since we were getting late. Service was just ok. Pics are not there.

Rains inn, guwahati is located in paltan bazar at the hub of life. Suits beautifully to both tourists & business travellers. Ww stayed in executive rooms in oct-24 which are medium sized & had fresh paint. There are enough charging points thoughtfully installed to recharge all electronic devices. The upholstery is clean & well maintained. The washroom is comparatively bigger, has geyser installed & has a premier brand like jaguar fittings. The only drawback was no presence of tap in the shower (ceiling) area. The lift is supervised properly. Loved the cane decor in the ground floor restaurant. The biggest area of improvement is timeliness of room service (we ordered breakfast - 2 chk s/w & 2 bread omlette, at 9:02 am & got it after multiple follow-ups at 10:25 am) & staff training (while serving lime soda one of the waiters spilled it on the tee-shirt of a guest! & didn't even offer to get it dry cleaned in-house! the owners have invested but daily operations mgmt needs to improve. Overall rating : 3/5
