It was a good stay, the staff took a long time to come and deliver the orders. The hotel needs renovation and the towel was not clean so i informed to change but gave one towel only. Overall it was a good but need to groom the staffs

Maintenance standard of the asset got deteorated than before. Linens had an odd smell. Breakfast lay out not satisfactory.

Not too many choice of food especially for dinner, many items are in the menu, but nothing is available when asked. Location is ok just 30 minutes away from airport. Not many aminities, property is old and need better cleaning. Linens were dirty.

Our stay at royal heritage was disappointing and embarrassing. Although we chose the free breakfast option during booking, we were told we couldn't have it. The manager questioned the caterers about why they allowed us to have breakfast, which made us feel awkward and ashamed. They need to hire professional staff.

Linen provided was smelling rotten...we used our own towel. Room was not tidy even the bed sheet was not properly washed given used bed sheet. AC not working properly. Will not encourage my friends to stay there anymore

Cleanliness not maintened, after entering the room saw that one of window is handle is found damaged and even small refrigerator is found of uncleaned. Requires to main-ten the cleanliness.

Comfortable stay, great professional staff and amazing food. I recommend ticking the box for complimentary breakfast while booking because the breakfast was fulfilling. Stayed there as a family of six overnight and it was a relaxing and comfortable night. Would stay there again next time i'm in guwahati.

The room was fine but the staff was extremely unprofessional. The room service was also not responsive. Had to call several times to get our food and stuff in the room that too after waiting for an entire decade!
