Rooms are too small & service is the worst. In the washroom no bracket or hanger is provided. In the room no chair, table or cupboard is provided. Experience is bad.

The worst hotel i have ever been in my life, the room was completely dirty, the bed was completely dirty it, the baathroom was in horrible condition, as a result of which we couldn't stay in the hotel, and stuf behaviour is very bed.

I was served 3 cold puris for breakfast. Unfortunately, the staff here doesn't have time to talk to anyone or even serve tea.

Location in very heart of city. All transportation available from the location. Amenities are in room but basically at-least 2 mineral water bottle & a bath soap should be provided by hotel. Other services are good.

We had booked double deluxe room on a triple occupancy. Still the hotel demanded rs. 300 extra for providing extra bed for 3rd person to sleep. We 3 adults were forced to sleep on the double bed, since we don't want yo spent more money. We had not expected this from a mm t property. My parents were on the trip they didn't say me regarding the matter and so i couldn't complaint on the stay day. Feel cheated by property to not give basic service like bed for a person to sleep.

Hotel is just besides guwahati railway station. Easy to access public transport and commute options. Rooms are cozy and clean. Overall a value for money stay.

The hotel is good. Located at downtown place, with hotels, restaurants, rail station, shops, taxi stands, buses in the surrounding. Room service was present, and they service boys did their service as well, but they had to be called remind multiple times and behaviour was not that good and welcoming. The washroom was excellent took warm shower comfortably. Upon request, they had provided me a room with 24 hours geyser available.

The location is very near to the opposite end of the railway station and the bus station. There are plenty of options for food and marketing in the paltan bazar which is one of the central locations of the city. I had opted for the complimentary breakfast, but they served only poori sabji on both the days where sabji was inadequate and poori dripping with oil. I didn't try any other food item. The amenities and services offered are good and if you're not given something in the first instance, you can always ask for at the reception. They really comply.

The hotel was average, the room was good but the food was too costly, tea was charged rs. 25- aside we didn't receive any bill from the hotel. We didn't took any image

The presentation done not matched with reality, no welcoming gesture seen there among the stuffs, room qualities not good, bathroom lock vanished, door lock is in very poor condition, breakfast was worst in my experiences, i was disappointed with the staying.

So the staff was very rude. First they did not agree on giving an additional bed. The room had rats in it. They had larger rooms with 2 double beds but same option wasn’t available and kept on arguing with us when we asked to shift. After paying them extra we were shifted to other room after a lot of arguments. Not at all recommended. We dint take any pictures regarding the same

The location was very good, the hotel is also clean, and it looks good. But it has some issues also. No network inside the room even though the call was not being connected, they provide wifi to one mobile that needs to log-in using a portal. And we didn't get warm water in the morning.

Never order their hotel food they overcharge and tasteless meal, had to request for basic amenities like dustbin doormat etc etc. Good for one day stay only. Best to book online cos direct booking again overcharge
