Location of the hotel is good but the rooms are not good enough. Lack of maintenance. Not properly clean, even bedsheets and pillow covers are not clean too. Overall staff behaviour is great. They are very cooperative.

The room was okay, but the bedsheet and the blanket was problematic, i mean after an hour of sleep, i felt itchy and rashes appeared on hands and legs. It was a disappointing experience. And the bathroom was too smelly.

Overall stay is pleasant. But breakfast n food is not tasty. Every day puri n sabji. Bread n omlet. Tired. The rest is ok.

The room was not clean, the bedsheet the pillow covers all were dirty. Also, i didn’t like the behaviour of the staffs. The receptionist was ill mannered. Looks like he was so frustrated to take the bookings.

Location is good, but very poor response of the staff, tv not in working condition, and more over if you left something in the property after chekout never expect you will get it back, staff over there dont have time for the customer, only good thing is location, you will get better property on the same price. Overall it is bad experiance.

The room is too dirty n bedsheet n blanket was too much dirty they did not change for 5/6 days. They used old bedsheet for new customers

It was wonderful experience to stay in hotel sunview, lovely experience, food was tasty n delicious, over all it was nice happy experience to stay, i would definitely recommend others to stay love it

Over priced hotel poor hospitality poor services poor food quality no restaurant poor breakfast options rooms are full with mosquitos ac non functional the lift area lobby is always found with stink and foul smell the hotel staff at reception was drunk every evening how can one call this place a hotel?

The place is not as expected. The service was very poor. The communication while entering was not the same mention. At first from the receptionist they are saying that is complimentary breakfast but before checkout breakfast was charged extra. Wosrt experience ever.

The stay was good n the service was okay the place was at the centre of guwahati so it is easy to reach the staffs of the hotel was very nice

The service of the Hotel was very good. The room was clean. The behavior of the staff was nice. The food which I took from the Hotel was good in taste.

This Hotel not allowed us to stay though we booked in advance n we were adjusted at very cheap Hotel nearby their Hotel. Ridiculous

The Hotel staff are not courteous, room are not cleaned with bad smell, bed cover and bed sheet are not cleaned properly. Food is not all good.
