Room was nice! clean as well. I got some good sleep here while travel-ling around beltola, and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again on my next stay in beltola guwahati.

Well behaved caretaker, clean spaces, spacious. Accessibility from railway station was not much to talk about but guwahati traffic has much to do with it. Locality peaceful

Booked the room for taking rest for 1 hour before moving out. When me and my family reached at 16:00, the room i booked was not provided. As we were to checkout the same day, the owner handed us a small room not what the money was taken for. No refund or compensation was initiated. Moreover the behaviour of the manager was rude as if he was doing a favour whereas it was me who was falsely made to pay for a room by showing a twice bigger room.

Very disappointed! The room had no windows and you could hear even a pin drop. Overall lots of room for improvement.

We reached pretty late, around 9pm, but the caretaker took care of us on time and helped with our luggage. The next day, we checked out early to the airport, around 4. 30am. The caretaker was ready to take our luggage and helped with the directions for the taxi driver.

Very homely and comfortable. Very peaceful and quiet environment. Walkable distance to market. Hot water available as well. Convenience in finding a ride. Car parking also available. The bathroom is dirty, the utensils for cooking is so dirty we didn’t even dare to cook there it seems they never clean the rooms after guests leaves. And the other bathroom smells really bad

I was decent enough, the ambience was quite good and room a spacious the staff was professional too. My only complaint will be that there was no dustbin in our room, apart from this it was good.
