The hotel is placed in the center of pan bazar really near to brahmaputra river u can go on a walk to the river and it was quite a good stay the breakfast was tasty.

Hotel is good. Room is big and clean but there is no exhaust in bathroom. That's why some smell from bathroom.

Hotel policy is non customer co-oprative. If u are not ok with the room. Then even the whole hotel is empty, reception persons will deny you to give other room.

The staff were really nice and we had a pleasant stay. Also the food served were good but the pricing were a bit expensive. Overall the stay was the best i ever had.

The prices are high compared to the quantity they serve. The food taste is average. Tea is horrible. Rest services were fine.

The hotel is average for the price you pay. Make my trip price is hiked and then discounted. It came out to be 10% more expensive that if we would have booked directly. The food prices in the hotel were insanely expensive - like 5* prices. Check-in 2pm and check-out 11am. Despite requesting 2 rooms were not given within 2pm when the rooms were not occupied ( we know this as we were on the same floor. If you make a special request, they will tell you about their policy. Very 'no to everything' hotel. Don't go to the hotel with family. Don't book this hotel from make my trip.

Top manager is cheap, never runs out of excuses. He is incapable of managing effectively. Runs away from guests and pries on them. Workers are good but manager is skill-less and guest averse. Cockroaches sighted on the property. Terrible carpet. Air is stale. Noise pollution. Workers work hard but top management does not want to give guests their money worth. Manager sharma does not allow middle management to make any decisions and is absent and does not resolve anything. Poor location.

Rooms are excellent, neat and clean and the most important is bathroom is neat and clean. The foods preparation is very very professionally done, served and testly. All the staffs including reception to room boys found very very active and professional. And the support from make my trip is very helpful and excellent, they helped me to partially cancel my one day stay and rest one day i could stay the refund i got immediately. That's wonderful.

Levelling of ground in the bathroom is problem so the water stagnate food selection is limited

Amazing stay with amazing hospitality. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. They even prepared breakfast for us when we left at 6 in the morning.
