Bad hygiene and service. Food is below average. Worst of all, one entire floor is smoking and they check you in to that floor even without telling you

5* hotel but there is no tissue box inside the room. When i ask reception to get me a tissue, no response, for that i call three times then i got tissue. Very late respons. 5* but mini bar inside the room.

Rooms are joined by the doors between them and are allotted to different customers. Which are not sound proof. Noice from other room caused lot of nuisance. Unable to sleep at night. Reception was unable to help. Restaurant called square was also below average. Poorly maintained roomd

Terrible check in experience

Firstly they told that there's no booking under this name and then said the booking has been cancel-led which has caused alot of chaos and had to make so many calls here and there and by paying extra we were allowed to check in (not early check-in).

No access to pool, no proper instructions was given about rules and regulations. The room was not as expected as shown in the pictures.
