1) the hotel amenities were not upto the standard. The facilities made available were average. 2)the dinner i had was very average as per indian standard. Might be good for international tourist. Though the breakfast was excellent. 3) toiletries provided were average. For a couple stay they provided only 01 set of soap, comb etc etc 4)no welcome drinks. Instead while asking, they given aerated water.

Room not ready when time to check in, disinterested staff at the restaurants tables not ready often cutlery missing from table and clearance of used cutlery not being done promptly. Poor service with no water on the table - had to ask for water to be served every single meal.

The good part of the stay in radisson blu guwahati was the food & proximity to the kamakhya mandir. Check-in experience - average, in room dining service, promptness in service from house keeping both are very average. Most importantly the staff were clearly quite artificial in their interactions. Lack of warmth from the hotel staff barring one of their front office manager called dheeraj.

Hospitality was excellent, especially the front desk. Rooms were very good, clean & comfortable. The pillows were not so good and there was no pillow menu. Restaurant, bar & cafe team were very good and made my stay very comfortable

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ i recently stayed at the radisson blu hotel in guwahati, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! the property is beautifully maintained, with a modern and elegant design that sets the tone for a luxurious stay. the rooms were spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for comfort and convenience. the staff at the radisson blu were incredibly hospitable, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. they were attentive, helpful, and always greeted me with a warm smile. the dining options were also outstanding—delicious local and international cuisine served in a stylish, relaxed atmosphere. location-wise, it’s perfectly situated, offering easy access to key attractions in the area while being tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat. the hotel’s facilities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch and provided a wonderful way to unwind after a busy day. overall, i would highly recommend radisson blu guwahati to anyone visiting the city. it’s worth every penny, and i look forward to staying there again on my next trip!

I have booked a room with smoking facility but they didn't provide me the same. I had to stay at non smoking room which i really don't like at all. Whats the point of asking priority smoking or non smoking? if you guys can't provide. I had a reservation still i didn't get a room with smoking facility

Hotel staff bluffs on redeem of points already accumulated, stating it can be redeemed not on rent but food n bev but again disagrees on food and beverages at Guwahati facility, I donot recommend anyone

I had a lovely 1 day stay at the hotel for personal work. They upgraded my room to business room on 10th floor with city view, and the room is very spacious, large sized mirror and impeccable woodwork- table top and large varieties of cookies/beverages. I particularly want to recommend keshav, young talented chef for his commendable culinary skills- he cooked/served delectable grilled prawns - which was so fresh. I suggest that they add gr-eek yogurt - 3 options, for breakfast. Otherwise i liked everything about this hotel.
