Very spacious room, room was very quick and also a very good behaved by staff members. Cleanliness was awesome and all are good just a part from the location of the hotel.

It was overall very good experience to stay at the rohika. Me and my family planned our trip to shillong and stay before the way to shillong. It was in very good location.

Firstly, the property is modern and contemporary. Secondly, the maintenance is sub par and unprofessional. Thirdly, the complimentary breakfast doesn't complement your stay and the management also don't bother much about the quality and taste of the food. Fourthly, you guys need to learn a lot.

Hotel is good but very low response staff. They are not bothered about customers. Very poor customer service. And bed mattress is very hard. And less amenities in the washroom.

The sound of ac is too high. Disturbs while sleeping. Also the presence of mosquitoes in the room made my night a night mare.

Though the premises is exactly opposite khanapara flyover, it is far from maddening crowd, with adequate parking space with valet service. The team in the reception desk are very courteous and professional, check-in takes just 5 minutes though i requested for an early check-in. The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained (newly built. Suites are the best for stay-very clean, modern, quite and spacious with hygienic washroom with all amenities. Ac was a bit noisy which may disturb one's sleep. Menu was ok to my taste, though liquor (even beer) is not served. Overall, a nice and satisfying stay. Highly recommended for the peace and quietness and the feel of spaciousness.

Rohika is an excellent hotel, the hotel is very well maintained, rooms are spacious and clean, complimentary breakfast served was also good with the courteous staff making it all the more better. I stayed with my husband and infant son. All services in the room, toiletries etc were very good. The front office is well managed. Over all very good.
