The stay way good and nyc. Ac was not properly working on first day. But later they have fixed the issues. Overall good experience and good service.

The hotel location is slightly different from usual transit points or tourist hotels, but convenient in the city to travel about. Room ambience is ok, little bit of old world charm, a small pool - hardly functional, food is good but service is little slow.

The breakfast buffet is not upto expectations. It's a limited spread and quality of food is ok. The room is big. You may need power adapters to use the new age devices. The housekeeping staff are friendly and pleasant.

Stay was good but room cleaning is an issue. Junior suite rooms are proper not as per the rates. One should be ready to encounter with lizards! that too on the bed.

I was facing issues with centralized ac as It was not working .. so hotel electrician came laat night and solved the issue but from 3 o clock it started again.. the ac is not working.. no fan at all.. I called at the reception since it's early morning they can t contact the electrician... so they changed the room and shifted to another one.. the shifted room ac is not working because this was the room where ac was not working when last month April I checked in.. about the ac problematic issue at the time of booking also yesterday j had conveyed to the management so that I don't have to face it again.. since the weather is so warm.. anyone can imagine how can a person stay at suite room without proper ac.. getting boiled up till now....

The booked room was not allotted at the time we reached the hotel for check-in. The room was not tidy and tv and others in the room were outdated. Sorry never feel like to stay in this hotel again.

At my previous booking the allocated room was always at 7th or 8th floor and was spacious incomparison to my this booking. And specifically i always mention room at high floor. And the ac directly opposite to the bed was not working though it was centralized ac but the vents had some problem due to which the air flow was not coming. Otherwise everything was good since i have booked the hotel previously also few times

I have stayed here 3-4 times now in last 6 months and found the hotel quite welcoming and warm. Staff is quite courteous and responsive. Property is little old fashioned but well maintained and gives a rich feeling.

First of all, when we checked in the receptionist(male) he tired fooling us by giving us the cheaper room, it wasn’t the first time for me in the hotel, it was my third time and he thought i wouldn’t know about it. We booked the presidential suite and he gave us the deluxe room, so when i confronted him he said he upgraded our room. Later, we got the room that we booked. Secondly, the breakfast isn’t that great! third, the hotel property has a salon which is so small and dirty. I couldn’t believe my eyes when i saw how dirty the salon was and the space was so small. Overall, it was such a horrible experience to stay. Never coming back again to this property! need lots of improvements!

I tried 3 separate rooms and each room had water leaving through ac duct. Moreover, 2 rooms had broken washbasins ( even had taken the picture. Moreover, rooms smelled of cigarettes smoke. Highly disappointed at hotel general upkeep as guwahati has many alternatives.
