Overall stay along with the staffs were too good. There were no compromisement with any services. The location of the hotel was at such a place where you could find no difficulties with anything.

One of the worst experience i have found during these stay. Dirty bedsheets, bad smell, not even provision for telephone. Electricity issues, no proper lighting facilities. Not able to stay next

The hotel condition was pathetic, the bathroom ceiling was broken and leaking, smelly and dirty pillows and bed sheets and bed covers, worst ever mattress which a hotel can provide. Poorest hotel ever.

Room service not available for cleaning the room, no complimentary breakfast is provided even drinking water too. You have to ask every time for water.

Stayed for two days. Dirty sheets and pillow covers, dilapidated toilet seat, below average service level, small room etc summerises my experience here.

The receptionist was very rude, he straightly denied guest entry, as it's clearly mentioned that guests are allowed but he didn't allow any guests. The room electronics were broken, ac switch broken, tv not working, basic amenities are missing, plus the hotel receptionist is ignorant, my stay was for 3 days, but i stayed at sai niwas for 2 days hoping the hotel receptionist would provide us with the basics amenities, but latter we shifted to hotel rashmi, which is right next to hotel sai niwas, so will strongly recommend people to stay away from this hotel and book hotel rashmi.

it was the dirtiest hotel i ever stayed in. they didn't even bother to change the bedsheets and there was womans hair and stains which i am preety sure was stains on the bedsheet. the hotel also didn't provide basics like towels. also the shower was like clogged and water was coming out from only like 5-6 holes. it also didn't have direct hot water connection and the bathroom had a bucket to collect hot water from a different faucet and then mix it with cold water for bath
