Receptionist seemed no pleased with the fact that we have done the payment online, soon as we arrived. The room was shabby, dirty linens and the most interesting fact was that the ac didn't work! we informed again but they denied to move us to a different room. Horrible experience. I recommend no one.

Manager behaviour is worst. Service also is very bad. Facilities are also not good. Overall very bad service we got. No words.

In short don’t opt for bimal residency. It’s the worst stay.rooms are extremely dirty.pillows,bedsheets are terrible and stuff management at its worst.took 4hours for breakfast.it seems their gas cylinder got over😂😂. Don’t even get a cup of warm water though asked repeatedly.worst experience ever.😏😒😒

The reception was like we don't accept booking, Another think the hotel is very dirty, beds-eat very dirty, towel was horrible, they didn't even provide soap.

The guy at the reception was disappointed, I paid online and not in a hotel. I get it, but no matter the situation, he should have tried to be atleast humble and kind. But he was an arrogant person. Secondly, guests might face some water issues, the hotel needs to refill the tank. If you use it, immediately, don't surprise yourself with lots of dirt in the water. All service in the hotel depends on your request, won't bother to ask about your needs.

It was a very bad experience for us. Bedsheet were dirty and pillow covers also. I had call for complimentary breakfast they didn't serve by own.

Room was dirty and bathroom as well. Had to carry the luggage ourselves through stairs up to 4th floor since there was no lift.

Just the hotel is too far from the main Road and we have to walk a lot for buying anything from any shop. Except that the stay was very good.

Very worst experience in my life, location is very poor, poor food quality, bathroom was very dirty and smelly, water is not coming properly in bathroom, ceiling fans are not working properly, wifi network very slow.
