Actually at first they denied they said they don't have any rooms available. Even though it was already showing confirmed in make my trip app. After that when i complained make my trip app then they allowed and provided me accommodation. Overall average hotel. Room was good. But about parking it's risky.

Firstly they too took 200 rs from me before check in secondly i came around 6 pm they give me the key but the room was not clear used plates cups and etc etc were there in the room bed was used which made us to wait for more than an hour as they were cleaning thirdly no wi-fi facilities as in the website is shown wi-fi facilities last the room was totally dirty bed sheet had a stain white bed sheet was in colour the pillows were smelling the room was not same as shown so i just stayed as it was non refundable otherwise i would opt for the other hotel what i’ve learned is never book a hotel thank you

the silverkey hotel which i booked asked me for another 700 rupees to stay there or they won’t let me stay. i contacted mmt and the customer service officer made another arrangement to stay.

They took more money than my booking

This was very bad experience with this hotel .first of all room was not proper clean ,bad smell was coming like smoke and drink. second i would like to tell about food ,the price of food is higher then 3. hotel . even outside food is not allowed so if you visit there then don't take food from hotel you can go outside and eat and save money .3rd thing I would like to tell regarding the extension of checkout time for 3 hrs , actually my train was late so I request for 3hrs but owner and reseption person was asking one day booking money for 3hrs and also saying that I will not extend finally I give him 1000 rupees for 3hrs. so this was very bad experience.

Management is very good polite attitude, staff and all very good. Only problem I got I didn't get my breakfast. For couples staying privacy is too maintain. I request to look little forward to cleaning and maintenance
