Actually there are no lift available. And also not available wather filter. My room in 5th floor so ever time up down is very problematic

Its not for family soo please dont go its sex presecution place. No staff service. Only young 3-4 boys is running the hotel. Very dirty bathroom and its in residenticial area horrible ambience. Nothing is provided by the people no parking. Terriable experiance

I booked offline one day before reaching there but the manager said there was no booking, he just refused and didn't gave me room, i went guwahati for my treatment and in that situation he refused to give me room.

We had a really good stay, enjoyed the ambience of the rooms and especially the view outside the hotel and also it was romantic one due to rain.

Upper homes provided a very nice stay , as it is located on a very nice location. The night view from the room balcony was awesome. If you are looking for stay as couple it is go to place . Just one issue you might face is lift problem. As all the room are on 4th floor and there is no lift provided and as well staff members are not present for 24/7 service. It's kind of a just a room is provided to you, use it as per your choice. One more thing, like other OYO's they didn't ask for extra charges while checking in. So overall it was a nice stay.

The ac room was good but not spacious, cleanliness was average, it was on the roof(4th floor) without any lift facility & the room service facility was very poor, there was no complimentary drinking water also.

It was a good stay. But thr was no geyser in the bathroom in this season. Although they provide a emerson rod. Rest evrythng was fine. Hope to stay in near future n recommend othrs n fronds
