Room service is bad

Room service is very poor and food is not that much good. Ac is not working properly and tv is also not working. Very bad experience there. And outside room there are very bad smell like pesticides.

Good Stay

There is no doubt about the hotel, it's very good. All the staff are good behaviour except the manager. His behaviour is very rude. We are booking for 2 nights including breakfast. But they are not providing the breakfast. It's a little bit surprising when we checked out and told them for breakfast they inform us it's time over. We also request them we have to go kolkata so at least serve brkfast but they offer only tea.

Not upto the mark for the price they are charging. And they charge additional for food ordered at room. Rooms stink like OYO rooms. Very unfriendly washrooms

Hotel had changi three rooms, rooms condition so poor, smell in rooms, after made complain to customer care mater was resolved at 10 pm.

We stayed in adityaz for 2 nights. While the hotel and rooms were neat and clean, the staff was not professional. Rooms were very small. Food was good. Overall an okay experience.

The hotel adityaz gwalior rooms are horrible and need immediate repairs / renovations. Broken floors, noisy air conditioners, unclean rooms, broken furniture and shabby bathroom. Please don’t go by the pics they are unreal. Only the lobby and reception area are well maintained but not the rooms. Not worth the money spent.

Comfortable stay, polite staff

Stay was comfortable. Icing on the cake was moti mahal restaurant with some fabulous food. Property is undergoing certain renovation rooms are relatively old but clean staff is very courteous and very responsive.
