The condition of rooms was pathetic. No ventilation, no aesthetics, check in was difficult and in room dining experience was also terrible.

It is mp tourism property though a little old but well maintained. Front desk is courteous. Gm is very kind and helpful towards the guests. We wanted a complimentary extra bed and that was promptly given to us when ordered by gm. We stayed for two nights in grand suite. The suite was spacious and clean with all modern amenities. Snacks ordered by us were tasty and well cooked. Breakfast can be improved with a dosa and omlette counter and sambhar etc could be made tastier. We checked out on raksha bandhan and beautiful thali, rakhi and sweets were available in the lobby for guests to enjoy the festival. And the front desk **** was really excited in helping guests enjoy the festival. Awesome and amazing.

The stay, food & ambience of the hotel is very good. However, the only issue is the additional bed facility for third guests. Quality of the provided additional bed is not as per hotel standard. The overall stay and food experience was awesome.

The property is very good, we enjoyed peacocks roaming all around during the morning. The complimentary breakfast was tasty but had very few options for vegetarian guests, overall the stay was satisfactory.

The property is centrally located, all tourist places of interest are easily reached. Rooms are well appointed, food is just like home and superb. Staff is cheerful and most helpful in organising guides, taxis etc. Must stay place in gwalior
