This is my worst hotel experience. The stay was not at all comfortable no geysers in washroom, no room service. My stay was pathetic.

Venue & room was decent, services need to be improved. - couldn't get wifi during my stay - hot water not available. Given in bucket on demand - room cleaning not done in day tine inspite requested while going out. Had to call & get the room cleaned late night upon reaching hotel. - tea bags not placed after housekeeping. Had to call & ask in morning.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The reception staff and housekeeper were polite and cordial. The facilities provided were great. Highly satisfied with my stay.

The location is convenient, it is by the side of the main road. A new property. Even though the room was not big; however it was clean with basic amenities. The room has electric kettle along with option of tea bags/milk/sugar. Not to forget the service staffs, they were very helpful and prompt to with the services. Overall a nice overnight stay.

Its good to stay with family and friends location is nearby railway station airport and bus stand and nice outside food nearby overall good one
