Room was having water problem no hot water and had to wait for an hour to get hot water. Worst hotel to stay in gwalior at this price

Services were average. Room temperature was not comfortable, it was hot inside, circulation of air was minimal. Room service guy not picked used items. Tv remote was not functioning. Rent charged on higher side.

Although priced in an upper bracket, the stay at central park justified the value. Customer-friendly staff, wonderful (and customised to taste) food and great ambience made the 4 night stay feel like a second home. It would be good if some of the staff avoided making it obvious that they were looking for tips. Good service will be tipped in due time. But, this is a minor aberration that is individual and not a reflection on the entire staff. Travel desk and house keeping deserve special mention for excellent services. A value for money package located at a prime location in gwalior.

The hotel was under construction. Too much dust pollution and the variety of food buffet is very limited. Staff is rude have to request them again n again for small things. Don't give spare keys for room easily.

Even I have booked the hotel and I have paid the amount in advance,though during the check out they demanded for extra payment of Rs 3000 as I have board the hotel before one day.After discussion with the executive at reception he told me that I am trainee and I have instructed by my senior to collect ₹3000,then after I will check out.I have wasted my Minutes then the manager arrived after taking breakfast.He also demanded the same then I have told him ask the pickup guys who had picked me from station ,then afterwards they convinced.

There was some repair work going on in my adjoining room. In-spite of several complaints no one listened for either stopping it or changing the room. In sensitive staff.

Detox water served in hotel is very much appealing. The staff are very cooperative and cleanliness is good. Hope when next time i will come at that time all the construction activities shall be completed, which enhances the facilities in hotel.

Not in good condition. Toilet flush was not working, had to call three times to let someone look at it. Floors has one or two small nails which are protruding out. Please wear slippers to avoid sudden injury. Booked a premium room but the room doesn’t have any views.

Only location can't make once stay pleasant. Room quality and bathroom quality is poor and has an acrid smell. Food is very good. The rooms book through any travel company has been treated as second citizen.

Check in process was quick and smooth, room was clean and hygienic. Suite was very spacious, well furnished and value for money. All staff were polite and courteous. Room service and in room dining were quick to respond to your orders. Food was excellent. Hotel location was in the city centre and also very close to railway station.
