Drainage in bathroom was choked therefore couldn’t take bath making the stay unpleasant for us. The problem seems to be permanent as nothing was stuck at the drainage point.

My 2 nights at royal class hotel, gwalior

Room is spacious, bed is comfortable, sofa, curtain and light are also good. But a portion of the floor was very greasy and sticky, guess some guests spilled some syrup. Sweeping, cleaning was not done properly. Food is also good not outstanding.

The room was very nice. The size was also quite big. The cleaning is also well maintained. The staff is very nice. And this was my 3rd time stay. I personally like this hotel very much that i will definitely recommend it to my friends and relatives.

I had a very excellent stay at this hotel. The ambience was superb, and the best part was the manners and behaviors of all the hotel employees. It’s hard to find such good people with pleasing personalities, even in posh hotels. Every employee here deserves immense appreciation. From room service to housekeeping, everything was done promptly. The location is safe and conveniently close to both the railway station and airport. The complimentary breakfast is amazing as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting gwalior or nearby places. Thank you to the entire team!

Though it is 7/8 km away from city centre its proximity to the airport has its advantages. Property is new and the cleanliness is outstanding. F&b aspect is good too. Services rendered are outstanding.

My stay at royal class hotel was very comfortable. The location of hotel is good, all tourist places are located within 10 kms from this hotel. Staff was courteous. Food is very delicious here. Rooms were clean and spacious. Highly recommended.
