I have booked a executive room but at the time of checking hotel staff said to me the same room is not available you can cancel the booking. But i have no other option hotel manager arrange a room but that room was so bad pillow was so dirty and badsheet was in damaged condition. I told him for that he told me we have changed your room after some time. After 2 hours from checking hotel staff changed my room but in this room television (tv) is not running connection. So many trouble i have managed all this happening with me.
