Need to improve service. Employee must understand the manners to behave some time they are rude. Food quality is good but service is very slow

It appeared and smell like a hospital. They made me feel as if they were doing charity. Even at the restaurant, while giving order, i was sad abhi kitchen full hai, baad mai order dijiye. Security guard was good very helpful. And the best part no one knows how to smile. I have never given such a review in mmt ever and i have been using mmt from last many years

Below average hotel stay at east coast. Bed sheets were not clean. Rooms are not clean at all. Even though there is geyser for hot water, it was not working properly. Will not recommend at all to anyone.

The hotel isn't worth the rate. The rooms are smelly, no proper ventilation and the complimentary breakfast menu is not that great.

It is very old property. Actually needs renovation. Room sizes are ok but the age of the property is clearly visible from smell coming out in the room. Shower was not working. Hot water through the geyser provided for individual room. Service is good. Only day to day maintenance is being done. No arrangement for tea or coffee in room. But they dont charge extra for serving food at room. Complementary breakfast having very limited options. There will be no staff in reception in night time. Every one has to take care of it. If you want to leave in the mid night security will not allow you to leave.
