The property is good. Big rooms good garden washroom was just ok as we have to call and fix up the geyzer tap to get hot water. Service is not at all good as the care taker considered as someone came on charity otherwise on his mercy that we are staying there. We clearly updated everything with the owner on 27 th morning itself, but the caretaker was annoyed that we haven't called him. We two ladies were forced to wait in the main gate at night 10. 30, as he was not there. Asking for two plates and spoons for our dinner was something unexplainable. Go there only if the care taker ravi is not attending you.

The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable. We were very impressed by the responsiveness your staff from the planing stage till the end of our retreat. Rooms design were very good.

Worst hostel to ever stay

1) no kitchen facility 2) extreme mosquitos- not able to sleep the entire night. Tried complaining to the reception and they mentioned, no support! 3) no electricity backup at night 4) bad hospitality 5) bad property condition 6) bisleri water with mrp 20 being sold at inr 30 7) no one stays at reception for hours and no contact information mentioned anywhere in the property. No one answers the landline ever. 8) no locker facility available in the dorms or at the property worst hostel i have ever stayed in.

Location and facility at this home stay was good, only issue is the if you have suv and you want park, road are very thin need expert driving. Tv of rooms are not connect with any subscription, due that you can't watch any program. Caretaker service was not good, he will refuse for every work, but he did all thing which we ask. Overall property is value for money with above mentioned issue.

Homestay rooms are large and impressive. Cons that they are not clean. No food or breakfast service. Caretaker is totally carefree and uninterested in adding any value to the homestay.

The room is very spacious, the toilet was neat and clean. The caretaker was a great person too. The surroundings of the homestay are very great. All the amenities were provided by the caretaker. It is near the Nainital road but the environment is quiet and calm

The owner has aptly named the property as it really does feel like a harmony of birds chirping together in a ****us when you stay here. Every corner of the property gives a home like vibe while we are away from home. The memories of the life of people who lived there in the past can be felt in the paintings, the curtains, the souvenirs and what not. Someone who wants to spend a peaceful time at a home like place with comfort and luxury should definitely stay here. The rooms are huge with a vintage vibe and the caretaker is polite and helpful. A walk on the terrace is a must try complimented by a cup of great tea and some books to read.

It's a perfect homestay for staying having friendly staff beautiful surroundings. Well equipped specious and comfortable rooms. I think i will be back here soon and stay for a longer period in home alike atmosphere.

Review: 3 stars, as property is presently under renovation. Cons: 1) houskeeping leaves much to be desired for. 2) basic items such as toilet paper, squeege/wiper in washroom, hand towel, etc missing. 3) guest needs to request caretaker for water geyser to be on at every occasion.
