Awesome room - neat and clean. Though most of the rooms doesn't have great view but the peace around is really good. Scattered room give privacy. Food - food was really good. Though breakfast spread was limited one good thing i liked was staff were always accommodative. Someone complained only omelet in live counter & they immediately arranged for paratha which was great. Staff- in case i recommend property to others it will be for staff. Amit & team were great and always available for help. Location - slightly outskirts but great place to be. Over property maintained well. Front of rooms are slightly bushy but can understand same due to so many boulders.

It was excellent and overwhelming experience at hampi boulders resort. Staff were very supportive, food was good, cleanliness good. Island visit and waterfall visit was icing on cake. Special mention to mohammad(staff) who helped us immensely.

The stay at boulders resort was both a balance of luxury and peace. The resort is located in the outskirts of the town and difficult to reach however all the travel is worth it. Spread over 20 acres, the property offers comfortable and luxury stay with amazingly hospitable staff. I caught up with cold and cough during my stay but the staff was so helpful in fetching me medicines and ensuring that i’m well. Highly recommend if you wna avoid noisy hotels and just relax in nature.

This place is truly wonderful, offering a peaceful escape with no disturbances. It's surrounded by stunning natural beauty and impressive boulder formations. The staff here are incredibly kind and attentive, truly going above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience. I've never encountered such caring service from hotel staff before; it makes all the difference in making you feel welcome and valued.

*summary* decent property, clean and hygienic rooms, away from hustle bustle, remote, friendly staff. Great potential if they pay attention to decor of rooms and upkeep rest of the property areas *pros* - clean rooms - staff was really nice, soft spoken and helpful within their means - nice pool area, although the pool restroom was very stinky - basic hygienic food *cons* - bad to non existent phone network coverage for airtel, jio and vodafone networks - no wifi in the rooms, only restaurant and reception has wifi, so if you want to stay connected of want to get some work done, then this isn’t the property for you - value for money: for the state of rooms, which were very dated, had really old and tardy appliances and bathroom fittings, room rates are pretty high. Not a good value for money considering nightly rates are upwards of 13-14k inr - unkempt: except the front area, there is no view from the room, standard rooms face unkempt wild bushes, which doesn’t add anything to the touted charm of this property - food: food was basic and tasted nice, but some of the items were way overpriced for hampi. Like a small bowl of plain rice costs rs. 250 not sure i will visit again.

Honest review of a 3-days family stay

I booked this property basis the great reviews however my stay here was terrible. The rooms and the washroom are like a low budget motel. It was clean and they helped us with an early check-in but extremely disappointing interiors when compared to the price they are charging per night. Coming to the food, breakfast on day 1 was uthappams that were dipped in oil. Day 2 was idle with chutney which had no salt and spice. The staff kept getting our lunch and dinner orders incorrect even after repeating it multiple times. Next, at the time of check in we were not told of any activities that the resort has to offer. It was one of the kitchen staff members who told us about the guided nature walk/ cave paintings walk which happen during the day. I had to enquirer about it at the front desk and was then unwillingly informed about the same. They also have some kind of keep ride which the front desk staff said they would arrange but never got back to us on it. Overall, we were extremely displeased by our experience at hampi’s boulders. Few pointers to note: 1. No wifi in the rooms; it is available only in the common spaces. 2. Mobile network is poor to unavailable. 3. Staff is polite but not professionally trained. 4. No river view from most of the cottages as mis-guidingly shown in the property pictures and videos. 5. Property is not worth the price being charged.

Location is great, loved the experience. No wifi in rooms though, mobile data doesnt work either. Also breakfast spread is really limited for a hotel of this scale.

It's one of kind of resort with awesome view of tungabhadra river. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Food was good and service was excellent. Amenities are well maintained, swimming pool is special. Evening walk organised by resort is also good. Can see lots of birds and nest. Can even see crocodile in backwater lakes. Overall awesome experience.

Heard about hampi's boulders resort through a friend so planned to visit. The resort was beyond our expectations. It's a lovely place on the banks of tungabadhra offering abundant serenity and nature.

I recently stayed at the star cottage at boulders in hampi, and it was wonderful. The cottage is built on rocks and has a beautiful view of the tungabhadra river, especially during the monsoon season when the dam is open. The open design lets you enjoy the natural beauty around you, and the riverbanks look even more stunning with the rain. The sound of the flowing river was awesome and added to the peaceful atmosphere. The resort staff at boulders are excellent, especially abhilash from the reception, who was friendly and helpful. He even shared photos of the river before and after the dam was opened, which added to our appreciation of the stunning transformation. He gave an overview of entire hampi and guidance. Overall, boulders in hampi is a great place to relax and enjoy nature, with great service. Highly recommended! but take either star or otter or turtle cottage ! star being the best

Location is too good for families and couple. Hospitality is really nice right from property manager and staffs in food section, krishna was very helpful in getting our things and guiding. Food was excellent and services as well. Native food could be included in the menu for people outside karnataka to get and feel of native. We had tough time contacting the reception as the number updated for booking and they are off on sun-day with no one to receive the call. Please do update your reception number in case customers want some information. Overall we were happy with the services

Ambiance- 5/5 maintenance-5/5 location-5/5 hospitality-5/5 indoor games - 2/5 safety-5/5 food options- 4/5 taste and quality of food-3/5 in short we really liked our stay at hampi boulders resort, room tariff is a little expensive, food is also expensive when it comes to portion size and taste&quality. Langoors are a real problem as u cannot sit outside for a while have a snack. Breakfast buffet could be better and elobarate.

It’s an amazing property nestled amid-st the nature. The services were excellent. The food tasted good. They also have activities within the resort such as river walk which was beautiful! abhilash also helped with recommendations on places to visit in hampi. Overall a great experience and is very well recommended.

Property is beautiful and less crowded place. Enjoyed the river walk. Staff are very polite and professional. 16acre property with only 16 cottage amid boulders. Loved it and would go again in future. Wifi is not available at room and only available at dining area and reception. Even phone network strength is low. Ps: it's almost 40 mins away from hampi virupaksha temple. Dont stay here if you are planning to explore hampi. Go for relaxing.
