Not clean rooms and dirty beds. No quality washrooms. Staff was not ready to give fresh beds as they were in new dorms and wanted us to adjust in dirty dorms. Had to fight to get the better dorms

Hotel mayur bhuvaneshwari is situated right near the junction of kamalapur and hampi. It is a beautiful and vast property with greenery all around. We had a wonderful time at the hotel and the management was courteous and helpful. I wanted to explore the cottages and they were kind enough to give me a tour of it so that i can decide between a semi deluxe room or a cottage. A semi deluxe room is spacious enough for a family and it was quite peaceful at night too. I only want to give the hotel one suggestion to clean the washroom commodes with a stronger chemical to remove the moss around it. That was my only issue with the hotel. Overall, good location, comfortable stay, courteous staff and amazing food. Worth the money.

Horrible experience, time waste, return my complete amount. Multiple issues like ac not working hot water not coming intercomm not working inside the room fly and honey bee batch not cleaned no room service after 5 hrs of waiting, the hotel concerned the team came.

The usp of the property is it's location. If the service at the restaurant, housekeeping and reception staff were better this property could have been a 5 star. Barring exceptions among-st the staff, the rest are barely interested in doing their duty. Had a bad experience with restaurant with them serving incorrect dishes. But the worst was that the manager tried telling me that the specific dish is served differently by kstdc.

When i reached there was no welcome offered from the hotel side, they didn't allow us for early check-in also. The food was very costly and the taste was very bad.

The hotel was good. Nice property and location. Food was also good. Tried dinner a couple of times. Housekeeping seems under staffed, and i have to ask multiple times for cleaning. Overall satisfactory with the price i paid.

Room charges not at par with the quality of rooms provide

We stayed in the basic room. But the quality of the room was as per 800-900 rs room and not 2500 that they are charging. The rooms are not at all well maintained with damp on walls and not so good bathroom fittings. I would recommend that either the hotel should revise the prices. Food was okay, not too good and also charging exorbitantly for early check ins should be stopped. All modes of commute drop you near hampi by morning 7pm. So check in time should be 10am and not 1pm. Or else at-least provision for early check in should be there but at a reasonable price. Location wise it is good. Breakfast buffet should have better variety of food.

We stayed in presidential suite, which was good, there is no room service on food food is not all that great, including complimentary breakfast early check in they charge extra money approach road to the premises is not safe once it gets dark, don't recommend to walk

Strategically located, has good scope for development, have been visiting this hotel for decades, see some changes but it can be turned out into a great living space for tourists who spend lots of money. The interiors of dinning is pathetic. Public restrooms need better maintained. Bathing towels not given at appropriate time.

We found the best deal on makemytrip. Com. It was at the kstdc hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are courteous, restaurant supplies good food and location is great. We paid rs. 20000- for a 3-nights stay at the presidential suite

The overall property is good but it lacks maintainability. The room which was allocated to us was having small lizard so the care taker did try to get it out after demand but it was going on gaps on window. So we demanded for room change and after shifting again there was lizard in washroom now so now we said will adjust this as we were also tired. They should have taken care of this by using so some spray on daily basis. We went for dinner and it was sad moment for all the guests like food was worst, no taste and no service as well all the guests were complaining. For normal deluxe room if you are charging around 2900 rs then at-least afford some cleanliness and free breakfast (even breakfast was not worthy for 200- per person. So the overall rating is 3 considering the location and parking space.

No room service. Doesn't matter how tired you are can't get food in room. Even morning tea coffee as well. I had booked a suite which had dining table. What's the use of it. And when we went to dinner area. Basic hygiene of keeping glasses and cutlery on table was not there. Food just kept on table and not served and when we asked waiter said he is serving a big table 10 guys. So what should others do? they should close the restaurant if they can't handle. They don't allow outside food. No room service and then this pathetic service when you go to their dining area. Like they are doing some favour. Will never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel

Hotel mayura bhuvaneshwari location is very good as it is very close to all attractions. Room size is good enough but lacks neatness especially bathrooms were dirty and after repeated complaints also it was not cleaned and the room which was allocated on first day had seepage on all walls and then we requested to change the room which they did on second day, which was good but bathroom door was not getting closed, told them to fix it but they gave lame excuses and didn't fix it till our exit. Food was good and tasty, overall the stay was average

The room was worn out. Some fittings and fixtures have been dislodged in wash room. The worst part big rat entered in night in washroom through water drains. Hotel was insensitive to the issue. Slow response from staff for any call. Food also nit good. Stale oil smell in food

Place is good. Maintainence can be better. Ac is there but doesn't look operational. Luckily weather was cool and we didn't really need it. Water was lukewarm hot. Service at restaurant was slow.

Worst hotel to stay. Paying premium price for lodge or dorm level facilities. There is no room service, worst food and breakfast. Only plus is location. For the same price just book clark’s inn it’s better
