The owner is very friendly and helpful. Basic rooms. Wifi available. Hotel situated in prime location. Hampi bazar and virupaksha temple are nearby.

After booking through make my trip, we called the hotel for confirmation. The hotel owner denied the booking and told us to pay extra money to confirm the booking. Otherwise, they will cancel the booking. The extra amount is 3x times the actual amount. Thanks, MMT for settling the extra amount. On the day of check-in, the hotel owner was again making some drama and restricted us to check-in whereas MMT already paid them the extra amount. Then we forced him to check the bank account and there the extra amount was reflecting. Then he allowed us to check in. Really pathetic and rude behavior from the owner throughout the whole stay. Room is very small and didn't even worth half of the actual amount. Bed is too small for 3 people and didn't provide extra mattresses whereas they had taken a booking for 3 people. No food in the homestay. The owner is behaving rudely when we are asking for regular water. Never stay in this homestay.

No food arrangement including tea is there. The condition of the rooms is just the worst. Even the doors & windows of the rooms are broken. The toilets are not at all usable. The commode is broken. The only good thing is Abdul, the manager of the Homestay. He is very much cooperative and supportive. But no way that can compensate the terrific discomfort of the Homestay. I am really surprised to see the rating of the Homestay by Make My Trip.
