Rooms are ok but bit expensive, have not considered f&b discount for me as theybsay that is not fixed and upto restrictions relationship manager as its their department, customer should not be interacting within different departments of your hotel right, you guys manage that

The price is very high for the room size and quality. No one at front door to help opening the door when you carry luggage. Bathroom door was not closing from outside. Good is super expensive. Tasty though. Staff is responsive. They need to pay attention to details while offering services to customers.
