The approach from the highway is not good. The property is well located at the bank of ganga, well managed, clean and spacious. Food is good served at the restaurant but having a very bad experience from the f&b team in terms of behaviour, service and product at room and at pool for evening hi tea. Room and overall property experience is good, but in terms of extra sports activities for kids and adults are very less, nothing to do after sunset. Central green ground should have some more lights in the night as it seems haunted and unsafe after the sun set, and not safe for any activity of kids even for adults. The pedestrian path should have some more down lighters, prepare some tracks for cycling, jogging etc. Add some more recreational activities at ground for kids and their family to have actual resort experience. River is very much approachable and clean, experience could be better by adding some fixed seating. Water pressure at the tap should be monitored and controlled to save the water. Amenities are good.

light ka issue hai frequent cut offs hai light ke.property is good but maintanance is poor.pool was also not working in spa steam is not working breakfast also there are very less option.they charge money for every small thing but in return they give pathetic service.not worth at all rooms are also not so good campare to price of property.

First off, the location of the property is very remote and its located deep in a village and you have to cross narrow village roads to reach the property. Secondly, the food was not good. The breakfast buffet was not up to the quality standards. The fruits were very dry. The overall taste of the food was average. We ordered food for dinner in the room too, ( mixed veg lacchha parantha) the taste of which was below average. The ganga river is flowing at the back but there is no way to access it during the day and they keep the door locked. So consider the river as a mere view factor which is not worth it. The property has a pool which was good and the garden and lawn is quite big for a small gathering or function. In total, i would say that the stay is not worth it.

Beautiful villa resort with amazing view of river ganga. Well maintained property with courteous staff. We enjoyed sumptuous food & lavish breakfast spread. Spacious room with attached terrace & lounge area are comfortable. Well maintained garden & lawn. Very delighted to see different fruit trees& flowers blooming in garden

Amatra is beautifully made property far from the hustle and bustle of haridwar. Rooms are private, spacious and comfortable. Views of gangaji are spectacular. Must go to the riverside early morning take in the views and a yoga session to add to the spiritual experience. Breakfast was good but high could have been a little more elaborate. The location is quite far from the main city centre. Overall had a great experience and would definitely come back soon!

Tranquil place difficult to reach

The place is difficult to reach. It passes through village and to our surprise the connecting bridge was broken but we could find way by ourself and staff told us about this once we reach there. The restraurent staff is not courteous however the front desk staff was supportive. It’s a quiet tranquil good average place with sports facility where one can relax with family and by themselves. However in case one wants to visit haridwar or rishikesh, a good amount of travel time is required.

The property is good except for some peculiar smell coming from bathroom after a few sprays it was fine. The approach road is very poor it winds through narrow village lanes. If it's a rainy season you are risking going through that way.
