I’m a senior citizen despite that i was allotted room on 2nd floor. No cleanliness in room. No toiletries. Very poor experience.

Property on the road very easy to approach, food quality was also very good. Room service also good. Room hygiene also good. Staffs also very ftiendly. Wifi connection also was good, wifi was covering good at first floor.

As expected hotel and not majorly thing hygiene issues bash room not clean even pillows are very dirty some how i have manage but it’s really very bad condition. Please analyse image ac condition and fan and also wash room with pillow

The hotel was very expensive as per the room and services provided. The rooms were large, but not maintained. Furniture was broken here and there. Any service asked for took ages to be provided.

In hotel himalaya everything was very good. Location, food, amenities were all very good. Staff co-operation was also very nice.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is well-maintained. Located in a prime area, it offers easy access to plenty of nearby eateries. The property is also well-connected, with auto rickshaws readily available right outside. Overall, it's a good, decent place to stay for convenience and cleanliness.

Close to hari ka padi, manass devi temple food is ok mine is breakfast included, luxury room doesn’t have a control a/c basic necessity not provided. But price was its ok

Rooms were not maintained and having smell. There was staff shortage and everything taking time. We waited 2 hours on both day for breakfast as there was only 1 she-ff serving all rooms order.

Comfortable and pleasunt stay, cleanliness and services are to the upper level, ac tv bathroom taps are working property, staff behavior is also good. In all these i recommend himalaya hotel for stay
