I stayed 4 days in hotel hyphen in nova 2024. It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel staff are very much co operative. I enjoyed the food. Overall it was a great stay there.

Services related to lift operations and checkout clearance time is worst. Reception desk people are not trained to handle checkout operations

The room was not as per our expectations and the price had cracks on the walls, bedsheets have stains and the curtains have a tough white stain. Washroom hand spray is not functioning properly. There is space for curtains but it was not there. * food was good there and restaurant service is also good.

What does one need after a long drive and a series of meetings? a quite hassle free stay with good food and service, right? well my stay was all of this and more. Well appointed rooms, fast and courteous room service, good food( breakfast) and not to forget the efficient check in and check out. Good for those visiting for business as it is located in the industrial area

It was a short trip. Hotel is away from hear ki pauri. Hygiene and food was good. Nearby a mall is there where you can spend your evening with family. Few negatives- room size was very small. There was no buffet lunch/dinner so avoid booking lunch/dinner inclusive package.

The location was alright. But the mini bar was empty and the room felt cramped. The curtains were coming off from their hooks in the corners so it was troublesome to draw the curtains. It was not a comfortable stay.
