The hotel is near the haridwar railway station. Room was neat and clean, staffs were polite and helpful. I am fully satisfied with the stay.

Terrible experience rooms are not well maintained, smelly blanket, electricity issues, staff is not very humble. I don't the good vibes as a traveler. So probably never visit the hotel again. 1 star.
