My mother in-law, my husband and brother in-law stay in hotel. Hotel service excellent. Rooms is clean. Hotel staff behaviour is good.

The room was clean, and the staff was supportive. However, i noticed a lack of attention in food service. When i ordered tea in the evening, i was shocked to find several cockroaches in the tea pot. Although the issue was resolved promptly after i raised a complaint, such incidents are unacceptable and need to be addressed to ensure a better experience for guests. I provided 4 star rating but actually it deserves less than 4 star.

It was a good experience as we had rope way just next to our hotel and hotel staff was well supportive to get us tickets as well for ropeway so we didnt have to stand in line.

It was a nice stay with a good restaurant collaboration with the hotel. But hotel need to be cleaner in the corridor area.

Staff was so rude. If we are enquiring about something they are talking rude behaving like we are staying free. They are not professionals at all.

The hotel was good and has good and polite staff. The hotel also have mansa devi ropeway near it which saves a lot of time

Adjacent to mama mansadevi temple. Rooms ok for 1-2 day stay. Friendly staff. Food plenty of options outside restaurants food is high cost comparatively

The hotel is situated in a congested alley next to mansa ma temple ropeway booking window. On top of it, the hotel is located next to railway tracks. House keeping is bad. Noisy ac, malfunctioning lights. Only saving grace was staff was courteous to some extent. It was bad choice hence curtailed stay from 2 days to 1 day and suffered loss one day room rent.

The hotel was at near by mansa devi ropeway which is a good thing. It's 700m away from har ki paudi. Staff are nice. Our overall stay was good. Only thing the restaurant food quality is not good. But as it's in market location then you have a lot of option to eat outside.

It was pathetic, unwashed bedding - smelling washroom. And literally there was no breakfast, though i paid a good amount for it.

Room and toilet amenities needs to be looked at. Staffs are helpful. The road to hotel in night is dark which also needs to be looked for

The manager's behaviour was not professional. The initial allotment of room 305 was not suitable for safety, so i asked to change the room, which he did. Later while checking out he charged me an extra 1500 inr, which was never discussed before.
