It was a good hotel and the staffs were also good and very helpful. They organised basic necessities like heater in our room and geyser in advance. Room and toilet were also clean. Also the location is good if you have your own vehicle bcoz hear ki pauri ghat is 5km away from the hotel. Overall experience was upto the mark.

My experience at hotel was not good, we reached at hotel around 1:30 and then we came down to have lunch but lunch was not available in hotel. We did arranged lunch from outside. Hi-tea experience was also not good and they just served tea and we saw that they are serving biscuits and other things with tea to others. Room was ok but towel was dirty as well. I'll not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location of the hotel is good, the rooms of the hotel are decent, not too big and not too small but the most unfortunate thing is that no good service for bathroom amenities. Bathroom towels are in very dirty condition. If you see their color then you will not clean your body. Bedsheets and coveralls are very dirty and with an odd smell. The room is full of small cockroaches. You will find many other good options in haridwar but you should not look towards this hotel.

Very nice hotel. Room and washroom clean and beautiful room i am so happy am not tried food but overall very good staff and management am so happy

Terrible Stay

Service was poor, ac was not working in the room, washrooms taps are not working properly, we booked a room for 2 people where they provided us a bed and mattress on the floor for the third person as a bed which was very terrible experience. Dish recharge was expired. Door lock was broken. Over all the experience was not good.

Don’t go in this hotel for stay ever.

Jain good is available only in the hotel. No food is available for north india family. Washroom is also not ok.

Whole night the ac does not work we have to sleep with fans only. There is tv in the room but the recharge of tv cable connection is expired, the door handles are broken. Moreover even paying after for extra bed they have given extra mattress on the floor only.

Property location is very good, it's easily reachable. I had a pleasant experience there, all the staffs were very cooperative, hospitality was more than expected, food was very tasteful and healthy, restaurant staffs are very helpful. Rajesh pandey ji (staff)was a very helpful and nice guy, he guided us very well and cleanliness was upto expectations. I strongly recommend for stay in this hotel

The breakfast quality was very worse they have only one breakfast option and they doesn’t have any parking space. I recommend not to visit this place. Had a very poor experience.

Property location and food is great but they show their main property in makemytrip. Com. However allocate rooms in nearby properties too. In my case they gave me room in near by property which does not have similar look, feel and amenities as main property.

The hotel was very good, staff behaviour was very good, i had visited with my own car parking facility was also available, very much satisfied with the sanitation and service more ever hotel is located at very peaceful location but not far away from the main road

Hotel urmi is good. Rooms in the front having balcony to city side and garden side. We stayed for one night in room no 107 on first floor. Bed and linens were clean. Bathroom was neat and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Night dinner was veg thali. Food was good and delicious. We enjoyed our stay.

It's ok for the price. . Don't expect anything extraordinary. Food was without onion and garlic. Satvik food, which we liked (had limited options though)

I had a good experience there, hotel staff were cooperative as we got a little late while checking out and rooms were clean. Food was okay. Very close to shanti kunj.
