Water bottle in the room was filled with tap water as it was used before and the seal was already broken. Asked them to get me a water bottle called them 2 times in an hour for water no one came. Bed sheet had a hole, blanket had a hole, fungus mould on the wall side skirt, tv wasn’t working, cable was already broken. Lift doesn’t work may be due to maintenance, breakfast was included but for extra cup of tea they charged me which i told them i couldn’t have it and its still in the room as it was full of sugar. But they didn’t bother to compensate for anything. Not the place you want to book for this much amount.

They were not providing cold water in scorching summer heat and also mentioned that they dont have a fridge. Despite of providing advanced intimation, they didnt keep the rooms ready. Room water was provided after reminding atleast 3-4 times.

The hotel was good, the rooms were spacious even the bed were comfy with neat washroom, treebo being one of the good hotel chains never disappoints. We really enjoyed our trip, this was the best trip.

This hotel has clean and nice room. The hotel staff is good. In house food is also good. Just 5-10 minutes drive to hear ki pauri parking.

The location and room size were good. Linen was bad. Room had no tv. Washroom was badly equipped and dusting in room was horrible.

It’s a very nice property which has all the necessary facilities. Behavior of staff is very good specially hotel manager mr. Suresh is a very nice person and take care of our all needs. Food is also very good. They have plenty of options in breakfast.

Worst to an extent that no family person can ever imagine. No electricity in room, wires hanging down the ceiling and still manager said "jo hai, ya-hi hai. Other room was stinking badly.

Walking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the hotel dining room and bar. We didn’t eat so i can’t rate the food, although others looked like they were enjoying it! we will come again!

Generally, the hotel was above expectation. Congrats! food was good fresh and on time. The new rooms were tastefully done and renovated. The hotel will be returned to its former glory.

The staff was the nicest staff i have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.

Food options are way too less, they did not have pane-er out of 3 options and they did not inform. The order was taken and when i followed up after 45 mins i was told that there is no paneer. Further i had to wait after scolding the hotel staff, the food was delivered, i wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

Most pathetic stay ever. New owner no staff complete mismanagement. Rooms full of bus and insects. No amenities in room. Ordered food and after 1 hour they said we cant cook. Breakfast not available even till 9:30 and then service was extremely slow so had to leave in between. Never stay here and dont recommend at all
